Victory Media Recognizes UCM as a Top Military Friendly® School
A strong commitment to the men and women who serve this country has earned the University of Central Missouri distinction as a 2016 Military Friendly® School. While achieving this designation, UCM also became the only Missouri institution to earn special recognition as both a Top 25 Public Military Friendly® School and a Top 25 Online Military Friendly® School.

Having an outstanding reputation for quality criminal justice programs, the University of Central Missouri recently received recognition for its online master’s degree in the field. Following a review of similar programs for academic quality and student satisfaction, BestColleges.com named UCM 23rd on a list of 25 for the nation’s Top Online Master’s in Criminal Justice programs.

The University of Central Missouri Talking Mules Speech and Debate Team took first place in Debate Sweepstakes, Individual Events Sweepstakes and Overall Sweepstakes in regional competition at the Bob R. Derryberry Memorial Speech and Debate Tournament hosted by Southwest Baptist University Oct. 3-4.
