Students, faculty and staff at the University of Central Missouri (UCM) have been showing off their expertise this month. Three members of the Talking Mules are now state champions, associate professors published a book on digital literacy in libraries, innovative students won scholarships at the U.S. Bank Idea Jam, and a Biology student was awarded first place for her poster at the Missouri Natural Resources Conference.

Students Take Second Place at Sales Competition Hosted by KU
Following up its first place finish the past two years, the University of Central Missouri sales team in the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies was edged out by the University of Georgia and took second place in the 2024 King’s Hawaiian Sales Competition. This competitive event was hosted by the University of Kansas School of Business April 5-6.

UCM's Online, Part-time, Affordable MBA Recognized by Fortune Education
Students who want to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, but require a flexible pathway to degree completion, may want to consider the University of Central Missouri. Recent rankings by Fortune Education list UCM’s MBA among the best online and part-time programs in the nation. This follows other rankings throughout the 2022-2023 academic year which have named UCM’s MBA among the best programs locally, regionally and beyond.
