Intelligent.com Rankings Include Three UCM Programs in Top 10

WARRENSBURG, MO – Demonstrating the University of Central Missouri’s commitment to quality academic programs, three UCM degrees were ranked among the top 10 in separate categories by Intelligent.com, a student-focused publication that recently released its list of the best programs for 2020. A total of eight UCM programs made the online feature, which draws data from hundreds of higher education institutions across the nation to help students make informed decisions about which colleges and universities to attend.

The Intelligent.com comprehensive research guide is based on an assessment of 1,604 accredited higher education institutions, both public and private. Each program is evaluated on the basis of quality, graduation rate, reputation, and post-graduate employment.

Rankings are calculated through a scoring system which includes student engagement, potential return on investment, and leading third-party evaluations. Programs were analyzed with comparable programs at other schools using a scale of 0-100. Rankings that included UCM programs were derived from a methodology that uses an algorithm to collect and analyze multiple rankings into one score to compare each institution’s degree program.
