The mission of the Procurement & Materials Management Department is to provide for the procurement of quality goods and services in direct support of the educational and associated missions of the University. Our procurement practices will be in accordance with the requirements of the state of Missouri laws and university regulations. We will deliver our services in a timely, user friendly manner. In addition, through the property control section we will ensure the University has received and properly accounts for its fixed assets and other materials.
As part of the services provided to the campus, the Mail Services Division will deliver, pick-up and process U.S. Mail in accordance with all policies and regualations and will serve as the subject matter experts for all things related to postage for the University community.
We aspire to be innovative and proactive in our approach to problem solving in meeting the needs of the University. We will look for alternate ways to accomplish our mission, take ownership of our actions, always be thinking of ways to provide better service and adding value.
