Permits for the academic year 2018/2019 may be purchased through Parking Services beginning June 1st.
For individuals who choose to purchase their permit by charging their Student Account or a credi tcard, we offer the option of purchasing online through MyCentral. Once in MyCentral, on the UCM Home tab there is a link on the left for 'Parking Services Main Menu'. Please read the information on this page and take our brief survey. You will need your current license plate number to complete the transaction.
If you receive a message saying, "Login Unsuccessful", please call our office at 660-543-4098 and we will assist you in the process of purchasing your permit.
All permits will be processed and available to be picked up in our office, upon your arrival to campus. To pick up your permit, you must provide a valid photo ID.
Military Tuition Package:
If you qualify for the Military Tuition Package, bill your permit to your student account. For questions about the Military Tuition Package, call Military and Veteran Services at 660-543-8776.

Departments wishing to purchase visitor's permits for incoming guests may do so through the Parking Portal. Please click the following link for instructions Instructions for Departments Requesting Visitor Permits.
To complete an application please click the following link Visitor Permit Application. The online guest permit system does not change our procedures for guests parking on campus. Guests are still welcome to park in visitors parking lots on first come, first serve basis and will be directed to other lots as the visitor's lot become full. Larger groups of visitors will be directed to the visitor's lots and overflow lots so as not to take away frm daily faculty/staff and student parking. Upon substantial evidence, including the filing of a written report, that a permit has been lost or stolen, a new permit will be replaced the first time for a fee of $1.00. The second time a permit is reported lost or stolen, it can be replaced for a fee of $5.00; the third time, $10.00 and more than three times, full price of permit.
Students, faculty, and staff members with valid parking permits may obtain a temporary permit free of charge for a period of 10 days per semester. Temporary permits are issued to holders of valid permits who must drive a substitute vehicle for a short period of time because of vehicle maintenance, etc.
If an individual decides to give up a permit, the amount of the remaining terms may be refunded. The permit, or remnants thereof, or the transferable permit, or remnants thereof, must be removed and returned to Parking Services before a refund is granted. Individuals unable to comply with this requirement shall be required to submit a signed written statement that the permit(s) has been destroyed. Any outstanding violations will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be made for any semester after fifteen (15) class days have elapsed.
What if I live in Central Village or Greenwood?
The parking lots at Central Village and Greenwood are reserved for students. You are responsible for purchasing your parking permit.
May I bill the permit to my student account?
Yes. Select the payment method option "Student Account - Permits" and the permit will be billed to your student account the following business day.
What other methods of payment are accepted?
If you do not want to bill the permit to your student account you may choose the payment method optino "Web Credit Card". If you prefer to pay with cash or check you may do so in our office at 306 Broad Street in Warrensburg, Missouri.

How do I receive my permit?
When purchasing your permit online you may choose the delivery option "Pick up my permit from the Parking Office" or you may select or add your current billing address and request that your permit be mailed to you during permissible mailing periods as described below.
Fall semester permits are available for purchase after June 1st each year. (Please check your student account for notification). Permits for the fall semester will be mailed out in July. Permits purchased after August 1st will be available at our office for pick up with a valid photo ID.
Spring semester permits are available for purchase after Thanksgiving each year. Permits purchased prior to the end of finals week can be mailed to you if that delivery method is what you choose. Permits purchased after finals week of fall semester will be available at our office for pick up with a valid photo ID. Offices at UCM close each year for the extended winter holidays so we suggest you call us at 660-543-4098 and check our ofifce hours before you stop by.
Summer semester permits are available for purchase after April 1st each year. Permits purchased after finals week of spring semester will be available at our office for pick up with a valid photo ID.
When may I purchase a permit in person?
Each year, permits will be available on the following dates for each semester.
Fall Permits - June 1st
Spring Permits - First day back from Thanksgiving break
Summer Permits - April 1st
I tried to log in to purchase my permit online and was unable to, what can I do?
If you are experiencing this, chances are our staff needs to add your name and 700 number into our Parking Services database. Please do not create a guest account. Contact our office and we would be glad to set up an account for you.
