Presidential Inauguration

The UCM community celebrated the Inauguration of Dr. Roger J. Best with events this April and May. The events celebrated the 16th president and the rich history of the University of Central Missouri as we near our 150th anniversary, marking the theme "Milestones."

Inauguration Events:

• Inauguration Ceremony: Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 1 p.m. in the UCM Multipurpose Building
• Reception: Thursday, April 18, 2019, immediately following inauguration ceremony in the Elliott Student Union ballroom
• First Pitch: Mules Baseball vs. Northwest Missouri State, April 19, 2019, at 4 p.m. at Crane Stadium
• Kansas City Area Reception: Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 4-6 p.m. at The Missouri Innovation Campus in Lee's Summit, Mo.
