Educational Studies and Training, BS

Build on Your Experience

You will use the knowledge and skills obtained in the BS in Educational Studies and Training to teach and train people in a variety of educational and industrial settings. This 2+2 program will expand your career and technical competencies to excel in workplace tasks, including problem solving and critical thinking. Your specific area of teaching expertise will be determined by your previous career, industry, and education experience.

Flexible Scheduling

The majority of your courses in the BS in Educational Studies and Training are delivered using non-traditional formats. This means your courses will meet online or once a month during the evening to work around your schedule. Some of our classes even meet in regional locations across Missouri for timely, convenient delivery. By working with your local colleges and universities, this degree program can be taken completely online.

Student Learning Outcomes

Some of these areas include the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), American Welding Society (AWS), and similar organizations.

Certification and Employment Opportunities

With a BS in Educational Studies and Training , you will be able to apply for Career Education Teacher Certification through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) or your own state’s Department of Education.
