UCM Provost Excellence Scholarship
Recognizing Achievement in Academics, Leadership and Community Involvement
The Provost Excellence Scholarship is the University of Central Missouri’s top financial award, offering recipients up to $16,000 to support their educational journeys at UCM. Renewable each year for four years, this scholarship rewards two high-achieving students who demonstrates excellence in all aspects of their life.
All ambitious and talented students are encouraged to apply. For the 2027-28 application year, the Provost Excellence Scholarship will be awarded to two well-rounded individuals—one incoming freshman and one incoming transfer student—who are academically deserving and actively involved in extracurricular activities at their school or in their community. While only two Provost Excellence Scholars will be named at the yearly scholarship event, all finalists qualify for impressive scholarship aid.
