Mental Health and Wellness

Your well being is one of our foremost concerns. The Veterans Administration offers counseling, medical treatment and assistance.

If you are experiencing a crisis or need immediate assistance, call 911 or 1-800-273-TALK/8255.

The Veterans Crisis Line also offers online support on their website. Their services are free, confidential, and available 24/7 to all veterans, service members, reservists, and their family members and friends. You are not alone.

There are several VA medical centers and clinics in Missouri available to you if you need assistance with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), substance abuse, emotional setbacks, or physical impairments. To learn more about the VA Health Care Programs available to you, access the Health Care A-Z Index. To learn more about your benefits, contact VA Benefits: 1-800-827-1000 or VA Health Care Benefits: 1-877-222-8387.
