Andy Multer is an Assistant Professor of Aviation and the Graduate Coordinator for the School of Aviation at the University of Central Missouri (UCM). He is an experienced aviator having begun is his flight training in 2010. Since then he has earned his commercial pilot certification for airplane single-engine land, multiengine land, and instrument rating, his certified flight instructor certifications for airplane, instrument, and multiengine, his advanced and instrument ground instructor certifications, his remote pilot certificate, and a pilot in command type rating for the Cessna Citation Excel jet. Professor Multer has enjoyed flying airplanes from the two- seater Piper Cub to the King Air C90GT twin-turboprop and Cessna Citation XLS jet. He is an experienced flight instructor teaching students from Private to Commercial and Aerobatic Spin training, and he has experience as a Corporate Jet Pilot, which includes shooting approaches into Aspen, Colorado.

Since joining the faculty at UCM, Professor Multer joined the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and has earned the title of Certified Member. Professor Multer is also a member of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). In addition to his roles as a Professor and Graduate Coordinator, Professor Multer serves as a Faculty Advisor for UCM's Women in Aviation student chapter.

Professor Multer earned his A.A.S. in Aircraft Pilot Training from Texas State Technical College in 2012, a B.A. in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas in 2012, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas in 2018, and is currently working on his Doctor of Business Administration through Liberty University.
