UCM Named Official World Record Holder for Largest Ridden Parade of Mules

After a thorough review of video, photographs and other supporting materials, GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ has confirmed that the University of Central Missouri now officially holds the title for the largest ridden parade of mules. This record-setting achievement was reached with the help of 50 mules and their riders during UCM’s Homecoming parade Saturday, Oct. 23, in Warrensburg, Missouri.

First Lady Robin Best Collaborates with UCM Bands to Present Holiday Charity Concert Dec. 1 Benefiting Survival House

In this season of giving, area residents have an opportunity to help Survival Adult Abuse Center Inc. (Survival House) while enjoying music presented by the University of Central Missouri Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and Warrensburg Community Band during the fourth annual UCM First Lady’s Holiday Charity Concert. The event takes place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1 in Hendricks Hall.

'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time' Includes 'Pay-What-You-Can' Sunday Matinee, ASL Interpreter Oct. 10, Sensory Sensitivity Performance Oct. 14

University of Central Missouri Theatre and Dance will present the 2015 Tony Award-winning drama, “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time.” Based on the best-selling book of the same name written by Mark Haddon and adapted for the stage by Simon Stephens, this play follows a neurodivergent boy as he tries to solve the mystery concerning the death of his neighbor’s dog.
