A focus on excellence has contributed to a successful Army ROTC program at the University of Central Missouri, recently evident by the Fighting Mules Battalion earning top-three honors in three award categories among battalions across a nine-state region.

UCM Enhances Availability of Courses for Whiteman Air Force Base Military and Military-affiliated Personnel
The University of Central Missouri is enhancing its partnership with Whiteman Air Force Base to make continuing their education even more convenient and affordable for military and military-affiliated personnel. Thanks to improvements made this spring, UCM is now offering additional opportunities for remote learning at the base.

Duncans Make It Count in Son's Honor by Helping UCM Veterans
Dale and Megan Duncan recently presented a $7,500 gift to UCM from the Spencer C. Duncan Make It Count Foundation. The Duncans stopped by the Military and Veterans Success Center in early December to present the check to UCM President Roger Best, with members of Military and Veteran Services and the UCM Alumni Foundation also in attendance.
