Vendor Guidelines

  • Merchandise for sale will be American Indian oriented and must meet the Pow Wow Committee’s approval.  All mediums of artwork and crafts, as well as American Indian craft and regalia supplies are welcome.
  • It is illegal to market an art or craft item using the name of a tribe if a member, or certified Indian artisan, of that tribe did not actually create the art or craft item. Vendors should have signage that clearly indicates if the items are “Indian made” or “Replicas.”
  • No food Vendors; only arts and crafts.
  • Events begin at Noon.  You may begin setting up at 10:00 AM.
  • The Vendor fee is $50 for a single booth (two 8 ft. tables set as an L with two chairs).  The Vendor fee is $75 for a double booth (four 8 ft. tables set as a U with up to four chairs). We will provide tables and chairs.
  • Spaces will be issued on a first come-first served basis to screened applicants – judged by postmark or by the date the fee is paid.
  • Make check or money order payable to Trading Moon Pow Wow. Vendors will receive an official receipt for payment at the time of their arrival at the Pow Wow.
  • All Vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • The Trading Moon Pow Wow and the University of Central Missouri are NOT responsible for Accidents, Theft or Damage of any kind.
