What is the Mobile Mule Card?
The Mobile Mule Card is your official university ID, available digitally on your smartphone. It provides a convenient way to access campus services and make payments.
Use your Mobile Mule Card to:
- Access Dining & Retail: Pay at campus dining locations and the UCM Store.
- Enter Facilities: Access Resident Halls, the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, JCK Library, and more.
- Attend Events: Get free entry to Mules & Jennies events and other campus programs.
How to Get Your Mobile Card
Follow these steps to set up your ID on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device.
Step 1: Submit Your Photo
- Download the Transact eAccounts app from the [Apple App Store] or [Google Play Store].
- Log in using your UCM credentials.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right.
- Select Submit ID Photo, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Note: Please allow up to 48 hours for photo approval.
Step 2: Add to Your Wallet
Once your photo is approved, an icon will appear in the app:
- Select "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google/Samsung Wallet."
- Follow the prompts to link your account.
- Your Mobile Mule Card is now ready to use!
