Assistant Professor
Dr. Horn has degrees from Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, the University
of Central Missouri and Indiana State University. Her skills include ethical hacking,
programming, computer networking and cryptography. Her research interests include
computer science education, networking and more.
