Location and Timing
Sessions are held in classroom space or the Elliott Union. Room size is determined by the anticipated number of guests. Space is available and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The best attended information sessions are planned well in advance and may take place:
1.Several weeks before campus interviews - this may raise student awareness about your organization thereby increasing the number of resumes submitted.
2.The night before an on-campus interview date - this allows recruiters to present key information to students scheduled for interviews the next day, and to other interested students.
There is no cost to reserve the space and equipment. However, fees do apply for catering.
Sodexho is the University-approved vendor for campus and must be used for food/beverage orders.
