SPLP Certification Exam
Register for the Strategic Partner Leadership Professional® Certification Exam
After completing these four classes -- Partnering Foundations, Strategic Partner Leadership Model, the Five-Phase Partnering Project and Thought Leadership -- adult learners are eligible to sit for the SPLP Certification Exam and earn the Strategic Partner Leadership Professional® (SPLP) Certification Badge. Exam cost is $395.
About badging
UCM Workforce and Professional Education’s Digital Badging program, offered through the Acclaim platform, provides professionals with a user-friendly way to share achievements, abilities and competencies. With UCM’s recognized badges, you have the ability to share your accomplishments with a professional network, current employer and future connections. The badge includes verification of the organization issuing the badge as well as the activities and knowledge required to earn the credential. Badges may be easily shared on social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and can also be added to digital resumes.
About the certification exam
The SPLP Exam is a 75-question, multiple-choice assessment that is proctored via the University of Central Missouri. You will have up to 90-minutes to complete the exam. A passing score is 75 percent or above. You may retake the exam as many times as needed, however, the exam fee applies for each take/retake. The exam requires a reliable internet connection and must be taken on a computer with a webcam. The exam cannot be taken on a tablet or from a phone. Your exam location should enable you to take the exam without distractions or interruptions. This is a recorded exam, and you will be required to present a picture ID for facial recognition as well as scan your testing location using your webcam.
Exam results will be shared within five business days following the proctored assessment. Upon the successful completion of the exam, you will be deemed Strategic Partner Leadership Professional® (SPLP) certified. After earning the certification, a digital SPLP Badge is issued through the University of Central Missouri through the Acclaim platform. Those passing the exam may also choose to receive a physical Certificate of Completion via mail if requested.
