National Walk @ Lunch Day is the first step toward making a big difference in the health of our nation. When done briskly on a regular basis, walking can help:
You can take your first steps toward a healthier life on Wednesday, April 29th. We will meet at 12 noon in front of the Administration Building. Once you have registered you can take off on your 30 minute walk. (To register, please bring your BCBS Insurance card.) In case of inclement weather, we will meet and walk in the Student Recreation Center.
