Selected through a national search, Mark Suazo, Ph.D., a longtime college educator whose professional path also has included working as an engineer and as program manager for multimillion dollar projects, will put his experience to work as the new dean of the University of Central Missouri’s Adrian and Margaret Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies. He begins his service to UCM on July 11.

The Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2 CCA) has awarded Jerry Hughes, Vice President Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), the 2022 D2 CCA Award of Merit, the organization announced Wednesday, May 18.

The UCM Mules card launched May 15 and features an image of the university’s mascot, Mo the Mule.
