KMOS-TV Partners with West-Central Independent Living Solutions to Celebrate 30th Anniversary of Signing of Americans with Disabilities Act

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act on July 26, KMOS-TV will broadcast a series of inspirational documentary films that highlight and celebrate individuals who have overcome mental and/or physical challenges to achieve their goals. These films will air nightly at 5 p.m. beginning Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24 on KMOS Emerge 6.3.

UCM Recognized in St. Louis Graduates' Report, 'Degrees with Less Debt: Postsecondary Strategies that Enhance Low-income and Black Student Success'

The University of Central Missouri has been identified among five colleges and universities leading the charge to support low-income students and Black students to graduate from college with less debt. UCM’s work in this important area are noted in the report, “Degrees with Less Debt: Postsecondary Strategies that Enhance Low-income and Black Student Success, “to be released by St. Louis Graduates on July 15.

Dedication to UCM Social Media Contributes to Schleicher's Selection for Foster-Inglish PR Award

Described by his supervisor as someone who is intuitive, strives for excellence, and is a problem solver, Sam Schleicher has been named the 2020 recipient of the Foster-Inglish Award for Outstanding Achievement and Service in Public Relations at the University of Central Missouri.
