Our mission at Facilities Planning and Operations (FPO) is to provide quality service that is safe, reliable, efficient, clean and inviting. Our team strives for a customer and community service approach, demonstrating this daily by creating a learning and working environment that supports the University's world class education.

FPO is dedicated to providing round the clock service to support the University needs. We provide a unique blend of innovation, knowledge and expertise to accomplish our broad range of services:

• Custodial Services - maintaining the cleanliness and pest control of the campus.
• Maintenance - addressing carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues within dorm rooms, classrooms and campus offices/buildings. 
• Grounds and Landscaping - maintaining the exterior areas of the campus including snow/ice removal.
• Logistics Support - assisting with setting up and tearing down a variety of events, from weekly meetings, to conferences, to large ceremonies. Additionally, they assist with relocating furniture, surplus items and office materials. 
• Design and Construction Project Management - manages a variety of projects, including demolitions, renovations, remodels, and new construction.
