I lost mine!
First, call the OneCard Office immediately, at 660-543-8443 (leave a message if it is after hours and voicemail is on; please leave your name and 700 number in a slow, clear voice). There is a time stamp on the on the voicemail, so we will know when you called.
We can check to see if your UCM OneCard has been turned in to us, and if not, we will change your issue number so no one else will be able to use your OneCard in our readers. This is especially important if you have Central Cash, Meal Plans and/or Dining Dollars.
To replace your OneCard, come by the OneCard Office anytime during our regular business hours. There is a $20 replacement fee that will be charged to your student account.
