Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN)

Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network is the nation’s largest anti-violence organization. This nationwide partnership of more than 1,100 local rape treatment hotlines provides victims of sexual assault with free, confidential services around the clock. Additionally, its services include a secure web-based hotline that provides live and completely confidential help to victims through an interface as intuitive as instant messaging.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline

The National Domestic Violence Hotline can connect you to highly-trained advocates available 24 hours a day to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship. The NDVH also offers a one-on-one live chat with a hotline advocate.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL)

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day. The NSPL can additionally help you find a psychologist, psychiatrist or support group in the local area.
