Quality Matters (MyQM)

Quality Matters is a nationally recognized quality assurance program that offers professional development, course & program reviews, networking opportunities, and access to research on best practices in online teaching and learning. Utilizing a research-based rubric, quality matters is recognized as one of the leading resources for quality online course development.

Our membership allows us to use the QM rubric for course reviews, register for professional development and conferences, and join the Quality Matters Instructional Designers Association (QM IDA). All but the QM IDA do involve additional cost; however, you should discuss funding options with your college or school.

Individual DLII staff members are certified in almost every Higher Education Quality Matters area, including reviewer and master reviewer. For specific information regarding UCM’s membership and your options, log in to MyQM with your UCM credentials.
