The Office of University Analytics and Institutional Research is responsible for gathering
and analyzing institutional data, providing information and updates to maintain state
and federal compliance, and assisting with data requests that advance the university’s
overall mission and goals.
Timely reporting on government required data requests is our top priority. We strive
for continuous improvement and work to provide actionable information and accurate
data.
We collect many types of data for and about UCM, and that information can be helpful for students, staff, and faculty. Our website includes various summaries of this data, with elements such as: student demographics and characteristics, number of graduates in each major, and how many faculty members teach in each college and department.

The data and tables in this document are supplied in compliance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542) as amended by the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991 (Public Law 102-26) and 1998 (Public Law 105-244). Please contact the Office of Institutional Research at (660) 543-4646 if additional information is needed. This act and accompanying federal regulations require that the following information, based on the previous reporting year, be available for inspection by students, prospective students, and the public by Oct. 1 each year.
