Only a year after many of them received their driver’s licenses, a group of young men and women who have been inspired and encouraged to pursue aviation careers will soon earn their Private Pilot’s Certification after successfully completing an eight-week summer program at the University of Central Missouri.

The University of Central Missouri and Lee’s Summit Velocity are hosting an Experience Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality Studio Open House to showcase the university’s new Mixed Reality Studio, located at UCM’s Lee’s Summit campus. The free event will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 17.

Child and Family Development Program at UCM Ranked Nationally
Intelligent.com has ranked the University of Central Missouri’s Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development third in the nation among other child development degree programs.
