UCM Theatre and Dance Presents Night of Studio Theatre One-Act Plays
WARRENSBURG, MO – Enjoy an evening of entertainment as University of Central Missouri Theatre and Dance present a night of Studio Theatre 10-minute plays at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 9, 10, and 11 in the Nickerson Black Box Theatre, located on the first floor of Nickerson Hall.

UCM Esports Hosts Tournament, $1,500 Prize Pool Available to Competitors
WARRENSBURG, MO – UCM Esports, a competitive gaming team at the University of Central Missouri that continues to grow in popularity since its inception in 2019, will conduct a Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1. The tournament is being coordinated in cooperation with the United States Army National Guard and Central Missouri Intramurals and will feature a total prize pool of $1,500 for top participants.

Board Authorizes Health Insurance Renewal, Building Demolition, Upgrades
WARRENSBURG, MO – The renewal of employee health insurance and facility projects that relate to the Fraternity Complex, Nattinger-Bradshaw Hall, Wood Hall, and the W.C. Morris Science Building were approved by the University of Central Missouri Board of Governors when it met in plenary session Aug. 19.

Get the Red Out Celebration Planned Sept. 2, Vendors Can Still Register
A fun-filled event that will bring University of Central Missouri students and employees together with families from across the community, the 2021 Get the Red Out street fair is planned for 4-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2. While Get the Red Out was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic, it is back for the 16th year.
