He not only gained valuable hands-on experience in his chosen career path, but he also got to interact with UCM alumni who have found their niche in professional baseball.

Alpaugh Named to Gilbert Chinard Book Prize Committee
Micah Alpaugh, Ph.D., associate professor of history at the University of Central Missouri, has been named to The Gilbert Chinard Book Prize Committee by The French Historical Studies, the leading English-language journal on French History. He will serve on the prize committee for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
