Fraternity/Sorority Housing

Many students who join a fraternity or sorority wisely choose to live in Fraternity/Sorority Housing at UCM. Studies show that UCM Greek students who live on campus are more satisfied with their Greek experience than those who live off campus.

Fraternity Housing

University Housing has developed a plan to re-purpose Fitzgerald Hall for fraternity housing.  The plan will allow for clearly segmented fraternity living space and individual (and private) chapter rooms.  The plan remains for the building to be ready fall 2021 for Fraternity Housing.
