Residence Hall, Apartment, and Meal Plan Rates

We all know that college can appear to be an expensive investment.  Luckily, University Housing here at UCM provides a living environment that is very affordable and full of opportunities.  From living in the residence halls to on-campus apartments, University Housing provides students a safe and reasonably priced means of living.  

 

2018-2019 Residence Hall and Apartment Rates

2018-2019 Residence Hall Room Rates

 Double Room

  • $2,751 per semester
  • $5,502 per year
 Single Room
  • $3,351 per semester
  • $6,702 per year

Costs do not include $100 deposit due at time of agreement.  Room rates include internet access, cable TV, and all utilities.  The agreement is for a full academic year.  Single rooms available only to upperclass students.  First-year students may have the option to choose a single room when the room change period begins.

2018-2019 Foster/Knox and Nickerson Rates (Furnished)

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath

  •  $727/month 

Cost does not include $100 deposit due with agreement.  Rent for Foster/Knox and Nickerson includes all utilities including cable and internet access.  Qualifications to live in these apartments are 30 UCM-accepted credit hours or graduate student.

2018-2019 Todd Apartments Rates (Furnished)

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath

  • $727/month

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath

  • $896/month

Cost does not include $100 deposit due with agreement.  Rent for Todd Apartments includes all utilities including cable and internet access.  Qualifications to live in these apartments are 30 UCM-accepted credit hours or graduate student.

 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath

  • $857/month

Cost does not include $300 deposit due with agreement.  Rent for unfurnished Greenwood Park and Central Village includes cable TV, internet access, sewage, water, and trash collection.  The resident pays for gas and electricity.  Qualifications to reside include 20 years of age or graduate student.

2018-2019 The Crossing Apartment Rates (Furnished)

4 Bedroom

  • $578/month (per bedroom)

 4 Bedroom Garden Apartment (2-story)

  • $653/month (per bedroom)

 2 Bedroom

  • $676/month (per bedroom)

Cost does not include $100 deposit due with agreement.  Rent for The Crossing includes all utilities, including cable and internet.  Qualifications to reside are 21 years of age or 60 UCM-accepted credit hours.

2018-2019 Meal Plan Rates

First Year and Sophomore Meal Plans

Meal plans are required for all first year and sophomore students.

First Year Meal Plans: $1,632/semester


Meal Plan Options:

  • Access Plan
  • 180 Meals and $65 in Dining Dollars (up to $25 can be used off campus)
  • 150 Meals and $150 in Dining Dollars (up to $50 can be used off campus)

Sophomore Meal Plans: $1,632/semester 


Meal Plan Options:

  • Access Plan
  • 180 Meals and $65 in Dining Dollars (up to $25 can be used off campus)
  • 150 Meals and $150 in Dining Dollars (up to $50 can be used off campus)
  • 120 Meals and $380 in Dining Dollars (up to $75 can be used off campus)
  • 110 Meals and $480 in Dining Dollars (up to $100 can be used off campus)

Students may make additional deposits to their spending account in increments of $50 Dining Dollars (Add-on dining dollars can only be used on campus).  

Or a block of 10 meals costing $110.  This can be done via MyCentral anytime!

Junior and Above Meal Plans

Meal Plan Options:

  • Any first year/sophomore meal plans OR
  • Dining Dollars (increments of $50)
  • 30 Meals:  $330

Students may make additional deposits to their spending account in increments of $50 Dining Dollars (Add-on dining dollars can only be used on campus).  

Or a block of 10 meals costing $110.  This can be done via MyCentral anytime!
