Great Value for Your Money

Apartment Applications for the next academic year will be open via MyCentral on December 1. Students wishing to stay in their current apartment do not have to go through the application process.

If you are an upperclass or graduate student looking to live on the University of Central Missouri campus, you have the option to rent a furnished or unfurnished apartment. Apartment living at UCM is safe and affordable too, since all utilities, with the exception of telephone, are included (students do pay gas/electric at Central Village Apartments and Greenwood Park Apartments). By living on campus, you’ll be close to your classes and to UCM’s exceptional facilities. You’ll also be surrounded by other students who, like you, are pursuing their educational goals at UCM!
