Great Value for Your Money

Apartment Applications for the next academic year will be open via MyCentral on December 1 at 8:00 am.  Students wishing to stay in their current apartment do not have to go through the application process.  Qualifications/criteria for living in each apartment area can be found on each listing below or complex webpage.  Students meet criteria based on completed hours and ANY enrolled hours prior to the term for which they are applying.  Example:  If applying for the next fall, any completed hours and enrolled hours for spring/summer term leading up to the fall term would be included.

If you are an upperclass or graduate student looking to live on the University of Central Missouri campus, you have the option to rent a furnished or unfurnished apartment. Apartment living at UCM is safe and affordable too, since all utilities included (students do pay gas/electric at Central Village Apartments and Greenwood Park Apartments). By living on campus, you’ll be close to your classes and to UCM’s exceptional facilities. You’ll also be surrounded by other students who, like you, are pursuing their educational goals at UCM!

Please note that for second  year (sophomore) students, meal plans are still required if you reside in Foster-Knox, Nickerson or Todd Apartments.  Cable will no longer provided after 2020-2021.

Review all pricing information on our Housing Rates Page.  Note that rates listed are the CURRENT year rates.  Rates for next year will be announced mid spring semester.
