Nickerson Apartments
Nickerson Apartments are located on the west side of campus and provide one bedroom options for one or two people. Eligibility to live in Nickerson Apartments is having 30 or more UCM accepted credit hours or being 21 years of age. Nickerson Apartments is open for fall/spring agreements only and is not a summer housing option. Summer housing is available in Foster-Knox Apartments.
Please note that for second year students, meal plans are still required if you reside in Foster-Knox, Nickerson or Todd Apartments.
