Spring 2024:

Spring 2024 Refund and Withdrawal Dates

*For refund dates for variable classes, please log into MyCentral to find specific dates.

Student should drop classes by 4 pm on the dates listed above. While you may process drops until midnight, campus offices are only open until 5pm in the spring and fall semesters and 4:30 during the summer semester. Processing the drop by 4 pm will allow for extra time if you need assistance with the drop. Students who have holds on their accounts are not able to drop classes in MyCentral. These students should contact their Student Success Advisors or the Registrar's Office for assistance with drops.

More information about refunds can be found on the Student Financial Services website

*Please note: Some classes are offered on different schedules (not a full semester or half semester course) and the refund dates will vary per class.

Currently enrolled students can look up the refund and withdrawal dates for all of their enrolled classes in MyCentral on the "Registration" card.  Please note – dates may differ by class!

Students not currently enrolled and who do not have a MyCentral login may look up refund and withdrawal dates for courses using the public Schedule of Courses website.  This is accessible from any UCM website by clicking on the Academics tab and then clicking the link for "Schedule of courses".

Choose the term and then search for the course (Example: Summer 2023, ACCT 1101). Click on the blue course title and choose the link "View Refund and Withdrawal Dates for this Course."
